Our show was inspired by a format from a Vancouver based improv troop “Puff the Magic Improv Show”. Our show was founded and created Zachary Dean Friesen in 2022, and our first performance took place in September of that year at Bonny Boom the Arts Uncommon. Since then, we have performed monthly shows to some of the most joyful and supportive audiences us improvisers have been lucky enough to know. 

Rocky Mountain High is an open-challenge director vs director format comprising 5 performers and a sober host. You, the audience, control the show by voting on your favourite scenes and awarding directors points. At intermission the performers go outside for fresh air, and invite the audience to join us! In the second half points are doubled and our winner takes home our mascot Hugz Bunny for a month’s quality time.
